By using OvaDeh you agree to these terms. They’re written to be read.
What OvaDeh is
A directory and map of businesses in Trinidad & Tobago: menus, hours, locations and contact details. We work hard to keep information accurate, but businesses change things without telling anyone — prices, hours and availability shown here are not a guarantee. When it matters, confirm with the business directly.
Your account
Browsing needs no account. If you create one, keep your sign-in to yourself and give us a real email — it’s how you recover access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Ratings
Ratings are anonymous stars: one rating per account per business, changeable or removable by you at any time. Don’t rate businesses you have a stake in, and don’t use multiple accounts to manipulate scores — we remove manipulated ratings and the accounts behind them.
Business listings
We list businesses using publicly available information and details provided by the businesses themselves. If you own or manage a listed business, you can request corrections, updates, or removal at any time via [email protected] — removal requests from verified owners are honoured promptly. Business partners are responsible for the accuracy of information they ask us to publish.
Acceptable use
Don’t scrape the service at scale, attack it, impersonate businesses or other people, or use OvaDeh for anything unlawful. Reasonable personal and business use is what it’s for.
Liability
OvaDeh is provided as-is. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate listing information, service interruptions, or your dealings with listed businesses — those transactions are between you and them.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms as the service grows (online ordering will bring its own terms); the version date above will change and significant updates will be flagged. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago. Questions: [email protected].
